FAQ’s

  • Simply fill out the form located at the bottom of the page. We will contact you through your preferred contact method. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible! (within 24 hours).

  • All of our walls are 8x8 ft. and are made out of premium silk flowers.

  • Coastal Florals will come to your event to assemble your wall and have it ready for your special occasion. At the end of the event, we will pick the wall up.

  • Rentals are for 5 hours. Additional hours may be purchased at $50/ hour.

  • Yes! We offer a “Bride to be” and a “Happy Birthday” white neon signs. These signs are $50 to rent. We can also supply customs signs as long as booking is far enough in advance. Prices vary depending on custom sign. Contact for details.

  • We can incorporate items into your flower wall as long as it is pre-approved during booking. Only Coastal Florals can modify and add elements to the flower wall.

  • Yes! We offer, days, weeks and months. Please contact us for pricing as it varies based on duration.

  • All of our flower walls are $350.00 for a 5 hour rental period. Additional hours can be added at $50.00 per additional hour.

  • We offer free transportation and pick up within Ocean and Monmouth County. Contact us for a price regarding events outside of Ocean and Monmouth County.

  • We primarily serve Ocean and Monmouth County, however we can service additional counties for an additional transportation fee. Fill out our form to discuss additional charges.

Details

  • To book your date, fill out the form on our contact us page.

  • We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This secures your booking date. All other clients will be denied your date. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance for your booking is required 1 week before your event date.

  • We offer a “Bride to be” and a “Happy Birthday” white neon signs. These are available to rent for $50.

  • The flower wall will be delivered at the agreed upon/ contracted time.

  • The flower wall will be picked up promptly at the agreed upon/ contracted time.

  • We primarily serve Ocean and Monmouth County, however we can service additional counties for an additional transportation fee.

Rules

  • Only Coastal Florals is permitted to set up, break down, move, and make any alterations to the flower wall. Once the wall is set up, the wall will remain in place for the duration of the event unless otherwise discussed.

  • Our flower walls are not meant to be set up in direct sunlight. The wall can be set up outside in a shaded area. In the event of rain, the wall must be set up in a dry and covered area.

  • If you would like the wall set up on grass, we require the grass to be completely dry (no rainfall in last 3 days).

  • Flower walls must be set up on a level surface.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. In the event you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your contracted event date, you will be charged 25% of the remaining cost of your booking (does not include deposit).

  • In the event of damages or a total loss of Coastal Florals equipment, the client will be held financially responsible for the total value as outlined in your contract.
